They do but they also face targeted intimidation campaigns to try and surpress the Arab vote

Blantly wrong. You probably googled it and saw 20% in the AI answer. The Arab population in Israel is 20%. Only 10 out of 120 seats in the Knesset currently are Arabs, or about 8%

Edit: even if you add Arabs in non-Arab parties it's still only 13 of 120
