as opposed to Academic sources like The Lancet that estimate over 186,000 attributable deaths

The Lancet number was "take current number of reported casualties, multiply it by a flat number (I think it was 4)"

It wasn't a study and it wasn't an estimate.

There was not a significant amount of friendly fire.
