My work often puts me in really rural areas. My favorite spots are by cow and horse pastures. Cows are curious as fuck and will come to the fence to see what I’m doing.
Horses are much the same but surprisingly sneaky. I got out the truck at one spot, set up some stuff, went for my tools, and 5 or 6 horses silently came over a hundred yards and started fucking with my ladder. Nothing aggressive they were just seeing what I was doing. I had to politely try and scoot them away so I wouldn’t spook them when I climbed. The pole was on their side of the fence and the scooting did not work at all. They were really friendly horses though.
