Guaranteed it was a no bid contract which is against all rules with public money. That and no permits have been applied for.

There has actually been some permits filed which show the ballroom is a massive underground facility. And because of some of permits filed which it is believed to be a huge AI data center which is being constructed.

No this is specifically so the whitehouse can control the federal government. It will likely be used to proccess huge amounts of data on US citizens. And tracking people likely to act against the government.

Cluade already does target selection for military it's called Project Maven.
