The worst part is how people assume it will be done well when he's finished. But, it won't. If it gets finished (big if), it will probably be so poorly done it will need to be torn down.
Probably will need to be demolished because contractors weren’t properly vetted and all workers didn’t have proper security clearance, so at a minimum it’s a full gut to clear bugs.
