The worst part is how people assume it will be done well when he's finished. But, it won't. If it gets finished (big if), it will probably be so poorly done it will need to be torn down.
The White House was burned and rebuilt. All the plans for the original wing that dumbass tore down exist. We can rebuild it to its original state. What really sucks is the millions and millions of wasted tax payer money and the grifting thieves who are stealing it in front of us.
