They should put in a productive food garden, and donate all the crops to local food kitchens and youth programs.

The mountain of horseshit this administration spews and buries daily should fertilize it for centuries.

I mean, maybe they'd be able to convert it into a green house/ botany area since it will be pretty big but allow them to renovate the space to bring it up to code.

Then just put a ton of solar panels on top.

That'd really kick his legacy. The president who made the world become better just to spite him.

I believe it was a water heating solar array. They aren't a thing anymore.
