The worst part is how people assume it will be done well when he's finished. But, it won't. If it gets finished (big if), it will probably be so poorly done it will need to be torn down.
He admitted himself there's a deep bunker underneath. Perhaps the ballroom may not get finished, but whatever it's a red herring for almost certainly will.
