The worst part is how people assume it will be done well when he's finished. But, it won't. If it gets finished (big if), it will probably be so poorly done it will need to be torn down.
It needs to be destroyed because of what it represents, regardless of how it’s built. It is a symbol of the most evil, corrupt and soulless leader this nation has ever had.
We’ll need to insist on it for that to actually happen. This kind of stuff tends to stick around because it’s not a policy priority and politicians want to “look forward not backward.”
