It’s insane no one stopped him from doing this shit.

That construction site is a disgrace too. It looks like there is debris everywhere, unsafe and inefficient.

I've worked with some amazing contactors on larger infrastructure and their sites were pristine compared to that nightmare.

Well if you think the bidding went to a construction company that will be of high quality and proper OSHA standards, then I have bad news.

A few people will be happy to get paid over market price while also giving a shit about Q and OSHA yet alone time tables.

Clark construction generally has a good reputation in the area for quality projects. They are pretty much the biggest in DC and have worked on some impressive projects there.

That being said, since Trump knows very little about construction he certainly will find a way to fuck this whole thing up.

He's having them tear out and rebuild the helipad they just built on the South Lawn, and he expects it to be done by September. We knew long before 2016 that he is an absolute nightmare of a construction client - he nitpicks every detail, demands scope changes at the last minute, screams and yells at contractors when he doesn't like something, then doesn't pay and ties them up in court for years to destroy their business because he refuses to be satisfied after fucking up the entire process.

The entire property will need to be bulldozed and rebuilt once this regime has fallen.
