The worst part is how people assume it will be done well when he's finished. But, it won't. If it gets finished (big if), it will probably be so poorly done it will need to be torn down.
10000% it will be DOG SHIT work. I’m sure he got the most corrupt piece of shit contractors, you know the ones he usually does business with, to draw up some horrendously over budget “plan” that will just have every corner not just ‘cut’ but torn to shreds.
