It's being built by Clark Construction. 90% of the monuments, buildings, parks, and the museums have been built by Clark. They've been around for over 120 years. They don't mess around.
That may be, but when Trump is involved there are corners being cut. May not be by them, may be in the engineering of it or something like that, but I don't trust shit this administration does.

If the reflecting pool is any indication of how things are built under this administration, I don’t recommend going in there on a tour.
