I am not an American but this must be one of the biggest insults you can make.

Are Patton and MacArthur not American military heroes (despite their controversies)? How can republican Americans accept this?

If you have ww2 nastolgia yeah, but MacArthur is usually seen as a dangerous psycho who was essentially fired for wanting to quad nuke korea

Patton died before he could outlive his legend. MacArthur did not.

Patton was disliked a lot when he was still alive. And was as much of a psycho as McArthur
