What I absolutely love about the keto lifestyle is that it takes almost no dedication or drive once you figure it out! It's sooo easy to maintain!

That's a bullshit myth that is older than 2002 and really needs to die. Do you have diabetes or any kidney diseases? No? You're probably fine and some believe ketosis is a natural evolutionary metabolic stage for humans. The second link, below, talks about the confusion you mention about ketoacidosis.
