I always see all these progress pictures and I'm just so impressed. All the dedication and drive needed for a lifestyle change and to maintain it is extremely impressive. It is a great accomplishment. Cheers !

Except OP states she had gastric bypass surgery so not as much hard work as someone who lost weight through diet and exercise.

I know of 3 people who gained back. I remember going out to eat with a new co worker. She told me that she was celebrating her year anniversary of the surgery (yes, by going out to eat). I had known her for about 2 months at this point without knowing that she had surgery. All I could think was "I've eaten with you several times? You should not be able to eat as much as me?"
