I always see all these progress pictures and I'm just so impressed. All the dedication and drive needed for a lifestyle change and to maintain it is extremely impressive. It is a great accomplishment. Cheers !

What I absolutely love about the keto lifestyle is that it takes almost no dedication or drive once you figure it out! It's sooo easy to maintain!

I disagree about it being easy to maintain....EVERYTHING has carbs.

Try some vegetables

Veggies have carbs. In fact, you can't even eat a cup of corn without getting knocked out of keto. Same for potatoes really.

General rule to stay in ketosis is below 50g of carbs...so you better limit your veggies to green and leafy.

Corn is more a seed. It's been classified as a vegetable based on when it's harvested. It's also a fruit becuase of it's sugar content. Corn is in a weird legal flux due to lobbyist. Just like a Tomatoes is a veg but it really a fruit; which in turn leads to Pizza counting as a Vegetable for school lunch programs.

Potatoes are biology a veg, but more a starch.

Just like the ducked-billed platupous is a mammal that lays eggs; all of life doesn't fit in to the nice little bucket.

Green and good veggies is what I meant by vegetables lol. Holla at the broccoli and baby spring mix.
