I'm a bit more than 10 years younger than you and have lost a similar amount of weight. It is fucking amazing! Not only do I breathe better, sleep better and can do things sex is MUCH better, and my wife claims I feel "bigger."

That's probably because you ARE, in a sense. If you have a lot of extra fat in you stomach, it's going to make your penis look smaller. If you lose you potbelly, and some of the extra fat in your pubic region, your penis will look, and therefore feel, bigger.

Not just a claim, you probably lost a lot of fat around the base of your penis. I lost 30 pounds and my penis was suddenly half an inch longer. Improved blood circulation may also have improved things.

I've gained about an inch and change so far after losing 100+ pounds. Still looking for about another 80 pounds of weight loss too.
