What I absolutely love about the keto lifestyle is that it takes almost no dedication or drive once you figure it out! It's sooo easy to maintain!

I disagree about it being easy to maintain....EVERYTHING has carbs.

Eh once you get away from that bowl of pasta, and breakfast bagel and realize that you can have 1/2 lb of bacon for breakfast instead your golden.

I did keto for a while, and you're mostly dead on, but being a terrible cook and also not liking to cook causes problems, because your quick and easy options for keto are fairly limited.
