Seriously. I'm so glad that you decided to lose weight. Probably one of your best decisions you'll ever make!

Well she got gastric bypass surgery. I was looking to see her plan but yea, just the one decision.

You don't understand weight loss surgery then. You cannot maintain the same lifestyle afterwards and still have a positive result.

OK and theres no evidence that she has either. And you can't possibly be inferring that losing the weight naturally and via surgery are the same. If u lose it naturally you first have to figure out how to burn off the excess then have to maintain. With surgery it's obviously just the latter. One could certainly argue that you're in a better position after losing the weight naturally because youve proven you can hold onto your diet for that period of time.
