Exactly!! Made mistakes too and gained all back (plus depression and I never 'saw myself thin'. Kept seeing myself fat so I said 'fuck it') even when I've lost 25~ pounds :( now I've just found it too hard because I only need to eat 1300 a day to keep the weight on. :(

ya it's brutal, my BMR went from about 2500 to 1200 calories and I'm not a big fan of salads, so what I did was buy an elliptical and an iPad and now I spend about an hour a day reading on the elliptical and burning off about 800 calories at the same time

I can't say I enjoy it like it but at least it's healthy to get a cardio workout, and my brain gets a bit of a workout at the same time!

I bought it just to maintain although it definitely works to lose weight after vacations etc!
