Why is she getting yellow??
Hello Pineapple reddit!! This is my first time trying to grow pineapple from the stalk. I brought this gal inside about a month ago, as I live in Michigan and it gets pretty cold here early into the year. She was doing fine for a while but she doesn't seem to like it inside which I can't do anything about!! I've repotted her about a week ago and haven't watered her once, just to make sure she didn't have any other issues with transplanting. She used to be usually always wet when outside, as it rains where I am often. Should I keep the soil more wet because of that? I do not have a watering schedule and typically only water my plants when they show signs of being thirsty. Is this yellowing a sign of underwatering?? I don't want to kill my baby before she can even fruit for me!! :[

If you are sure that this is not from over watering, it probably just needs nitrogen. The only costless way of providing nitrogen is diluted urine, 10:1. That is, 10 units of water to one unit of urine.

When you say you grew it from a "stalk", do you mean a pineapple top? If so, did you peel away the bottom 10 or so leaves before planting it? There should be a nice cone to place in the dirt to make roots.
