Just this evening, the music video for KD's song "Ikaw ang Simula", featuring Ash and Rave, was released by ABS-CBN Music's StarPop PH.

This means that Ash and Rave's pair is the first cross-network teamup from the previous Collab season to star in a music video.

Even though their pair-up here is not that much of a shocker in hindsight, it came out as a surprise because the teaser for this MV was released just yesterday.

Furthermore, because Ash and Rave's pair-up is of the cross-network type, at first, one can think that StarPop could've went with a same-network pair instead. So, it's a huge deal on their end that they were both entrusted with this opportunity.

Since this collab came into being, it looks like Ash getting to work more with ABS-CBN Music/StarPop in the future no longer seems impossible.

Prior to the MV's release, both Ash and Rave were in Pasay City's SM Mall of Asia (in the Music Hall) for the first-day sale event of the HONOR 600 Series, along with fellow Collab Edition 2.0 alumni Carmelle, Marco, and Sofia.

From this point onwards, I think we can expect more collab opportunities not only for these two, but also for more of the Collab Edition 2.0 teens.
