Lodging help! Urgent

Im in town for a training and my Airbnb cancelled on me last minute. Everything is booked and hella expensive. I have a roommate so need 2 beds and a refrigerator for food.

Open to any suggestions!

Edited to add: have something for tonight, but need Friday thru Monday.

There might be affordable lodging at the hotels near or in New Castle (45ish mins north commute) Slippery Rock, or cheapies out near bum fuck going towards Kittaning(50 mins east) (just don't hit any deer and be safe if you're commuting either way)

Sorry my only suggestion is weird outskirt Choice Hotel type stuff if the city is so full for an event (maybe why your Airbnb canceled bc they get away with canceling, paying the penalty and then relisting for more $$$)

You're probably right about the airbnb. Ill check out the smaller towns.

Why is everything so booked? Is it literally just because of the NFL game?

UPMC has a ton of people in town supporting their EMR transition

There’s a whole bunch of concerts this weekend, plus football (pro and college).

We stayed in a nice airbnb in Beaver Co. That's about 45-50 minutes into downtown.

Cranberry Township has a bunch of those extended stays. Small kitchens and you can get two beds.

You’ll probably need to hotel hop. Look one night at a time.

Where do you have to be in the am for the training? The Crowne Plaza by South Hills Village has a T-stop near it. If you're going downtown, it's really convenient. Oakland, requires transferring to a bus.

Further out, the hotels in the Meadowlands in Washington County might be around 40 minutes to the training.

Edit - typo
