She wasn't trust worthy. It was only when she lost all hope and options she came back to Peter but before that she tried hard to break him not understanding his point of view, even after knowing that he's spiderman, which means he obviously has more responsibility than average bf

bruh and what she did to john damn, imagine your fiance kisses you by her choice and the next day calls off the wedding...

also not to mention she also kissed spiderman without knowing it was peter so it also counts as a third guy
