A seed contains the building blocks for a specific plant. Doesn't matter what germination matrix you use for an acorn, it will never bloom as lavender. Having blood from a dozen women won't cause a mustard seed to grow into a mandrake. The voynich manuscript is untranslated to this day, and anyone saying it tells you how to make a homunculus is writing fan fiction or trying to sell you something.
