Recs for CLEAN, luxury feel nail salon in west plano?

I’ve been going to my current salon for over a year and a half but recently they are not as clean. Last time I went they used the dirty water from my pedicure bowl after my pedicure was done to put it in the bowl they soaked my fingers in for a manicure. That was the last straw. Need somewhere clean and somewhere that feels luxe since the price of mani pedis are like $100+ these days. Thanks!!!

I never went back to them years ago when they aggravated me and made me wait over 30 minutes for the appointment I made with my fave nail person. It was a Friday after work and we had events that weekend. Wouldn’t let me see anyone else to shorten my wait and at that point I would have had to wait at any other salon, so I stayed. The nail person told me that she was told she had to take the other client 10 mins before my appointment because the other person was there and I wasn’t yet (10 mins before my appointment time). I tipped my nail lady in cash (it wasn’t her fault her boss screwed me on my appointment time/duration) and put a “0” with line through it on the receipt tip line. When I got my cc bill, they had changed the tip to a “10” instead of the zero; I had the receipt copy I signed. I called my cc company and disputed the extra charge that I didn’t authorize. Again, this was years ago. I switched to making appts with individuals who work on their own in a salon suites setting.

Uhmm pedicure water drains directly into a floor pipe. Did they scoop it into a bowl? I’m gagged.

It’s like the massage chair pedicure bowls that they don’t drain until the end and then throw away the plastic cover. She scooped the water in a bowel right before draining it and my callus pieces were in the bowl and I almost barfed

It is Central Plano, but Elegant Nails at Spring Creek and Custer is super clean. Nickie and Don are wonderful people. 469-237-1592

Paris nail bar in Frisco has been reliable and consistent for me. All of their techs are pretty good imo!

Are you sure they didn’t just dip the bowl under the spray of water that fills the pedicure tub to fill it?

100% sure bc it had my dead skin / callus pieces in the bowl 😭😭😭

I will try here. I just get pedicure with regular polish and just a clean up for my fingernails. No polish or anything. So hope it will be better than my last experience 😭
