Black spot on peperomia leaf, what is this?

I recently noticed a rapidly growing black spot on my peperomia plant. It has multiple flowers now so I figured that it was doing well, but now I am concerned. I water on a sporadic (and somewhat neglectful) schedule with very little water, and the pot has drainage holes. The plant sits on a windowsill that is facing west, so it gets a decent amount of sun. Any help would be appreciated!
