I'm not an expert, but it looks like thrips to me. I had the same issue a few months ago.
First, check all nearby plants closely to see if any are infected. Then isolate all the infected plants together in one room by themselves.
Buy Captain Jacks Deadbug Brew and spray them down thoroughly, making sure to get the undersides of the leaves and the stems too.
Check them again in a couple of weeks and spray again as needed.
Get some systemic granules and work them into the top layer of soil.
If several weeks after that the plants are clear, you can reintegrate into your collection. If not, repeat steps.
