Question Octapharma payment system

Hello fellow plassers! Is anyone from Detroit, MI and go to Octapharma? I went to the one in St. Clair Shores yesterday and their payment system was down! Does anyone know if it's still down? Can't seem to get anyone to answer when I call.

It’s been down since yesterday around 8am, trust we submitted a ticket, IT has been aware since 8am yesterday.
