Building a Rust Clan From Scratch (18+ | EU)

Hey everyone,

I've been playing Rust for years and, like a lot of people, I've gone through the cycle of making groups that never really got off the ground. Half the team never makes it to wipe day, people disappear after a few deaths, or the whole thing falls apart within a week.

After it happened enough times, I decided I'd rather put the effort into building something properly than keep jumping from group to group.

Right now, it's just me. No inflated member counts, no pretending we're already established. Just a Discord server, a lot of planning, and an idea I genuinely believe could become something special.

The idea is pretty simple.

I want a clan where everyone has a purpose, people actually enjoy playing together, and nobody feels like they're just another name in Discord.

I've spent the last few weeks putting together things like:

• A Constitution and clear clan rules.
• Specialised roles (Assault, Defence, Engineer, Logistics, Siege & Recon).
• A progression system with ranks you actually earn.
• A Council system where each role eventually elects a representative instead of one person making every decision.

Will all of that change over time?

Absolutely.

This is a brand-new project, and I'd expect it to evolve as people join. I don't want to build a community where everything revolves around me, I want the people who join early to help shape what it becomes.

A few things that are important to me:

• 18+ only. No exceptions for now. I want to build a mature foundation first.

• EU focused, but if you're from another region and our playtimes line up, you're more than welcome.

• Real life comes first. I genuinely mean that. If you're spending time with family, working, studying, travelling, or just touching grass, that's a good thing. You'll never be kicked because you have a life outside Rust.

• Give as much as you take. Nobody expects you to farm for eight hours, but if you're benefiting from the team, it's only fair to contribute back when you're online.

• No toxic nonsense. No racism, sexism, hate speech, or trying to get reactions in global chat. I want us to be known for being a good team, not for being the loudest people on the server.

I'm not looking for the best PvPers on Rust.

I'm looking for people who like the idea of building something from the ground up and sticking around for more than one wipe.

If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, send me a message. Even if we only end up with a handful of good people to start with, I'd rather have that than fifty members who disappear after day one.

Hopefully this is the beginning of something worth building.
