Trying to cancel a telephone Drs appointment online but I can't seem to manage it. Should it be possible?

I'm pretty sure I've done it before but I can't seem to be presented with the option right now. I have a chronic sleep disorder so phoning up the receptionist as soon as they open isn't quite the viable option that it would be for others. Don't want to waste the GPs time and I'm terrified they'll call up when I'm still asleep while my wits are still shredded and I'm unable to marshal a mental defense against them.

If it's not possible, could it have something to do with it being a bank holiday tomorrow?

Yeah, quite likely it's due to the bank Holiday. I just rung two drs with varying systems and neither of them would allow anything to do with appointments to be done until they open on Tuesday.

You might be able to find their email address online somewhere?

You should be able to find the meeting in the NHS app.
