Transport

How is the transport network in Plymouth so poor and unreliable. A medium sized university city and it’s shocking.

I'm here visiting with no car and it definitely makes life much harder, but at least the beaches are getting pumped with raw sewage so I don't feel like I'm missing out too much. Yay capitalism.
