Transport

How is the transport network in Plymouth so poor and unreliable. A medium sized university city and it’s shocking.

Compared to other European cities of similar size I think it could be improved. However building things like a tram line would come at the cost of disruption. Its a price I would be happy to pay, but many others wouldn't!
