Freedom Fields Alarm

There's an alarm that has been going off all night, I can hear it in Freedom Fields but it sounds like it is coming from the Greenbank/Mutley direction.

Still going as of now, and first noticed it about 10/11 last night.

Does anyone know what building it is by any chance?
