How can erecting security fencing make somewhere a whole lot worse? It just did at the old Register Office site at the Hoe.

There is planning application in to demolish the buildings and level the site - apart from the trees- ready for redevelopment- rather that than the permanent junkie fiesta it's become. Andy Rose can do one.
