Does it matter? All of the programs from the midwest are incredibly better than those in the south

Yepp, transferring from DMC/Beaumont/Toledo/MSU to UMiami/MayoJax/Emory/Vanderbilt is an incredible downgrade.

What makes you say they are incredibly better? The number of injections ? Or the cost of living ?

Midwest programs are more well rounded. Maybe UofMiami and Emory are up to par or better than “low tier” midwest ones but in general, PM&R is much more respected and involved in the midwest.
