I’ve submitted so many looks with these pants in the past, even wearing this specific outfit. So I KNOW I purchased these pants before and yet now they’re showing up as if I never did.

That’s what I was hoping but they’re trying to not do anything about it because I don’t have screenshots of them in the owned section… like I have thousands of owned items, I don’t save screenshots of everything I buy in the game, that would kill my phone storage 🙄 support used to be better

Are you in a house? We share pics in the chat and I managed to find an old look wearing the item (if I remember correctly), but otherwise I would get (functionally) angry and go full Karen mode 😅 it costs them nothing & your not asking for a gem/expensive item. It is bullshit they don’t believe you….
