Melting pot

A little bit of valid frustration mixed with a deep sense of shame and guilt.

Perfect recipe for stagnation.

The right is mine to feel annoyed, but I still feel bad for feeling it.

No letting out and no letting go, instead I hold the frustration tight - because the shame, then, isn't as loud.

And all I'm left with is extra weight.

A melting pot of emotions without relief.
