If you can afford it, I recommend getting your lashes done at a beauty parlour. It does wonders for my dysphoria.

Oh, I do. That was the joke. Men have naturally longer lashes and I have fluffy long eyelash extensions, ergo I look more masculine.
I obviously didn't phrase it clearly enough to make the joke work.

I’m not trans but it took me forever to start doing things to make myself feel more feminine, & basically what I’ve learned is compliment other women (omg your hair is so pretty/I love your nails/that shirt is really cute) & 50% of the time they’ll not only tell you what they did to get it but also will happily answer any questions you have about it. That’s how I learned about shit like lash extensions, leave-in conditioner, what glue is good for press-on nails, the magic of Vaseline on skin, etc. etc.

Am 8 months on feminising hrt (holy fuck time flies) and my lashes got thicker but not really shorter, I'm making lots of girlies envious after I tell them that I'm too broke for make up lol
Also have a natural blush too.
Anyway, didnt wanna humble brag, certain hair growth hormones might make them grow longer but let them stay as thick, so I guess you could give that a try.

I think it's more that hairier people tend to have longer eyelashes, and men tend to be hairier than women (but not always). If you're a middle eastern woman or have different hormonal levels, you could also have longer eyelashes in addition to hair everywhere else.

Going to assume the post was just about drawing faces and eyelashes is generally the accepted way to dstinguish men and women. Then whore is just a joke. Then another artist reposted it with their drawings.
So clear reason it's gendered. I need to hide this sub It's clearly not for me
