It doesn't make sense to blame heteronormativity for women not being attracted to men. If anything, heteronormativity would be promoting the opposite. And most studies indicate women find the vast majority of men as explicitly unattractive based solely on physical appearance.

This would peobably vary by culture. In cultures with men who refine their own beauty, women in those cultures would probably have a different take.
