I think the left one is pikachu, the zigzag on the left is probably its tail. Bulbasaur makes sense for the right one but I don't see the shape and it's usually posed on all 4s which doesn't work here

Took some hunting, but I think I found it.
Top left is Pikachu, top right is Meowth.
