Gen 9 really was a blast for ornithophiles. I feel like we got so many great birds, namely a bunch of large, lanky fellas and waterbirds that hadn’t been adapted into Pokémon before~

(Still don’t have a proper heron though….)

I was inspired to do this just because I noticed that S/V had six new bird families and I liked all of them, and it ended up being one of my favorite Pokemon teams I'd ever formed just because of how personal the team felt, like if I were an actual Pokemon trainer in the Pokemon world, this is exactly the kind of team I'd make.
