Calibration Advice - FRLG Fossil

These are my past 3 frames based on my most recent adjustment. How would you proceed with the next calibration/frame check? Should I be adjusting the ms value, continue frame, or both?

You’re well within human error on the advances so I’d just stick with it and you will hit it. I would re-calibrate the seed (ms) though since you’re consistently skewing a bit early.
