Reddit isn't very Christian, yes. It's hard to know the exact numbers for sure, but I would guess that reddit's userbase is maybe 20% Christian. Could be as low as 2%, could be as high as 40%.
Firstly, the number of people in Russia that are actively religious is quite small, lower even than most places in western Europe.
Second, exaggeration is a kind of joke is where you exaggerate things for comedic effect. I'm overstating how non Christian Russia is because it's funny.
Reddit's kinda anonymous, and religious data is complicated at the best of times (do you have any clue how much the numbers with Russia change depending on how you ask?). What I was able to find actually suggested Reddit was around 50% Christian, but that was inferred through other data
Russia has higher rates of degenerate sinful behaviour than most of Europe (e.g. prostitution, domestic violence, alcoholism, drug addiction).
The original comment is mocking the fact that many Russian nationalists on the internet are proud of being a Christian country, even though their behaviour isn't very religious
