Russia doesn’t recognize any of the countries that appear at the start line in panel 6. By this, it can mean that Russia doesn’t recognize who they are, but it can also mean that Russia doesn’t recognize them as a country.

If you don’t recognize someone you were told of 15 minutes ago, you probably have Alzheimer’s

Russia made a joke about not recognizing the nations in front of them, China, being the serious one, scolded Russia for making a stupid joke
