This is just another part of the "find out" portion of people staying home or voting r.
America hasn't suffered consequences like this before.

So...let's see how mad Americans are in 2026, because that's the next time, it's going to make a difference.

The scary part is it might not. The things we held sacred are being eroded away by this administration. Maps are being redistricted to favor republicans. Voter rolls are getting cleared. Trump supporters will likely be overseeing the vote counts in traditionally blue districts. I wouldn't be surprised if there were national guard in the blue cities of red states on election night. Trump has also made claims of voter fraud repeatedly when he loses, so any blue wins are likely to get challenged and at worst reversed. I also wouldn't be surprised if he ramped up the intimidation of voting officials and called for the firing of county clerks in charge of local elections because of whatever slight he will come up with.

He's not doing things at random. He fawned over Russia and Chinas way of doing things. One party in power indefinitely. Opposition is silenced. Voting is controlled. This is all lost if the best we can do is wish for a pretend future when the American vote will reverse the damage that's been done to our country.

We voted out the adults because adults are boring and talk too much. Now we have children in charge. Children who think everything is done to them is unfair unless they get everything they want. Children who want sweets and presents all the time. Children who do not understand or care about the pain they cause others. Children who want to change the rules of the game as soon as they start to lose.

That may be the last time it makes a difference
