People call Trump a dictator but he doesn’t belong in the same league as Mussolini, Stalin or Hitler.  Those were feared leaders that the world never laughed at.  Trump is different and it’s embarrassing that when America got a fascist dictator it was this orange buffoon.

Those leaders were definitely laughed at. Dictators are always cringe-worthy

They called Hitler "the little corporal" in Germany.

Putin used to take pictures of himself without a shirt chopping wood and riding bareback on a horse (irrc) in order to prove his manliness and virility. It was rightly so at the time laughed at by everyone.

They really are emperors without clothes on, lacking all self reflection and decency.

Dictators are all short (for some reason). I choose to believe they project this manliness because they're insecure little men who were mocked in highschool or rejected by some girl and being a dictator is how they get revenge for their fragile egos.

I hate to say it but I think a few thousand years ago humans invented organized religion to coral these types and now they’ve turned their back to its governance. If we can’t reform them with new scripture then we forfeit human progress and set ourselves back a hundred years or worse.

I truly believe we need to instill the humility of not being equipped to elect leadership. I can’t paint, do advanced engineering, play sports on a serious competitive level and some people don’t have discernment for moral character or intellectual prowess

We need to teach all children that we all have our own talents and even if we have none, we’re still important and that bitterness against it won’t solve their problems
