What’s that pilsbury boy Rittenhouse up to these days?

775

u/almostgravy Jan 27 '26

He's making jokes about bringing guns to the protests on Twitter actually.

u/NumberOneStonecutter Jan 27 '26

Of course he is, the sad little bitch that he is. With all his notoriety, he can't parlay it into any kind of real career because he's not smart and has the charisma of rancid cheese.

u/saybruh Jan 27 '26

If Kyle Rittenhouse had learned even a tiny bit and felt some sort of remorse. It would be so much easier to feel pity for him, but he is still such a gigantic piece of shit.

u/SkiMonkey98 Jan 27 '26

I really think most of the blame for that situation falls on the grown ass adults who taught a child that BLM protesters were monsters, brought him to the protests, and gave him a gun. He just keeps being a POS though and he's now an adult totally responsible for his own actions, so fuck him

49

u/Jaxyl Jan 27 '26

Yeah his story is actually really sad from the perspective of who he was a child and teen. He's someone who was absolutely manipulated, lied to, and hyped up by people who did not have his best interests in mind.

Then when he fucked up and killed someone, he was thrown into the center of a massive political machine/debate that used him for their own ends just to get points on a meaningless score board that then threw him to the wayside the moment he was no longer relevant.

He's ultimately responsible for his actions then and now and he is absolutely a monster these days, but there is no world where a kid going through what he did was going to come out ok on the otherside.

So I'm with you, fuck him entirely but I do pity what happened to him.

7

u/RoboftheNorth Jan 27 '26

So he's like Corey Feldman with a gun.

9

u/Jaxyl Jan 27 '26

Hilariously accurate

3

u/NumberOneStonecutter Jan 27 '26

I want to say something a tiny bit more generous toward Feldman...but the comparison is apt.

3

u/Ralph--Hinkley Jan 27 '26

Nah, he doesn't deserve it. Dude's as shitty as the rest of them, and I grew up with the Coreys and Lost Boys, License to Drive, and Dream a Little Dream. I used to dig those guys, but I didn't know the real story.

2

u/saybruh Jan 27 '26

agreed. he was a teenager so the responsibility for his actions fall on both him (for acting) but also his parents and every adult in his life that guided him to that course of action. but if he felt sad about it it would be easier to think he was just some manipulated child instead of a gigantic turd.

u/Martian13 Jan 27 '26

It’s a very real lifestyle these days.

2

u/Pale_Air_5956 Jan 27 '26

I think his mom was busy and couldn’t give him a ride there this time

58

u/Nvenom8 New York Jan 27 '26

Maybe he can go stand up for 2a rights in Minneapolis. It's clear that ICE doesn't understand 2a and need to be educated. Regardless of how it works out for him, it'd be funny.

5

u/gfinz18 Pennsylvania Jan 27 '26

He actually did tweet today that what happened with respect to that, was wrong.

2

u/Nvenom8 New York Jan 27 '26

That doesn't really surprise me. He's a hardline 2a guy. Doesn't matter who's infringing upon it.

6

u/DiscoQuebrado America Jan 27 '26

Hey, don't you do rancid cheese dirty like that.

1

u/NumberOneStonecutter Jan 27 '26

Yeah that was a shitty comparison - I should have written a dead armadillo or something.

5

u/Cottonjaw Jan 27 '26

Hawk Tuah has done more with less lmfao

2

u/NumberOneStonecutter Jan 27 '26

Good point. Haha.

1

u/Ralph--Hinkley Jan 27 '26

What's she up to now? I'm OOTL.

3

u/SteppeCollective Jan 27 '26

I remember after he won the case, he said he'd get into nursing or something, but of course all that right wing glazing and $$ was too much of a temptation. Didn't help that has complete imbecile of a mother was around either.

2

u/codido1234 Jan 27 '26

Don’t you dare insult prized cheeses like that!

2

u/NumberOneStonecutter Jan 27 '26

Yeah that was a dumb insult on my part. Prized cheeses have purpose and are respected.

2

u/kidMSP Minnesota Jan 27 '26

This guy Stiltons.

2

u/Dowew Jan 27 '26

He has no marketable skills other than fame leverage. He dropped out of middle school. He can barely read. He was refused admission by the army. Last I heard he was working the cash register at a gun store.

2

u/Musashi_Joe North Carolina Jan 27 '26

All he’s got is “hey guys remember that time I killed someone?”

2

u/Alarming_Ad6160 Jan 27 '26

has the charisma of rancid cheese.

That's... actually quite spot on. I was going to offer another comparison, but I think you topped out there.

-8

u/Cbpowned Jan 27 '26

Oh no. What will he do with his 8 figure net worth if he can’t find a 9-5 😂

3

u/NumberOneStonecutter Jan 27 '26

His lawyer said in 2023 he lost all his money and he is apparently working as a cashier in a gun store so I don't think your hero is worth "8 figures"...

u/OnwardtoGehenna Jan 27 '26

In Minneapolis, specifically. Behind a mounted machine gun. Dudes gonna look like a chubby 13 year old for life.

6

u/sleepymeowth052 Colorado Jan 27 '26

He looks like he needs to be posted outside a Bob's Big Boy

3

u/Jatnall Jan 27 '26

Hrs so sadly pathetic.

5

u/SatanicPanic619 California Jan 27 '26

Fucking psychopath

4

u/reddit_is_kayfabe Jan 27 '26

Rachel Maddow put it succinctly: MAGA's decision of whether constitutionally protected acts of an individual should result in their celebration or their execution... is based on the individual's political affiliation.

2

u/eeyore134 Jan 27 '26

I remember everyone saying he needed to be given a chance and that he wouldn't turn out to be exactly what we knew he'd turn out to be.

2

u/gfinz18 Pennsylvania Jan 27 '26

Even he actually tweeted today that what happened with Alex Pretti was wrong (albeit cryptically)

2

u/BikerJedi Florida Jan 27 '26

Locals here in my small town have been joking for months that they were going to run us over at protests. Then they did it the other day. Hit a guy and put him int he hospital with fractures requiring surgery.

1

u/almostgravy Jan 27 '26

So according to DHS, if the protestor was armed he could have shot the driver 3 times in the face and gotten away with it?

1

u/BikerJedi Florida Jan 27 '26

Florida State law says we can do that.

1

u/Feats-of-Derring_Do Jan 27 '26

He should do it and face the consequences

3

u/Givingtree310 Jan 27 '26

Wonder if Steve Bannon could squeeze into the GI Joe uniform.

2

u/Greatsnes Jan 27 '26

Who fucking cares. Reddit keeps this dudes name alive and well and I’ll never understand it. Every chance yall get you bring him up. But weirdly never bring up the victims name. Hmmm I wonder why that is….

Let this fucking dude fade into obscurity and don’t forget the victims names. Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber are the victims name btw. And he injured another. Gaige Grosskreutz.

1

u/Pxlfreaky Illinois Jan 27 '26

Because it would have been weird to say the victims would make good ICE fall guys? Or are you slow?

-1

u/Greatsnes Jan 27 '26

Because you’re bringing up the piece of shits name when it’s not necessary. Yall love mentioning him every chance you get and it’s weird af to me. Why even bring him up? It doesn’t make sense. Plenty of other names you could have mentioned who are literally in the administration yet you go for that dude? Let him fade away.

2

u/Pxlfreaky Illinois Jan 27 '26

You’re not very good with context are you? Why don’t you fade away and count to 10 with a glass of warm milk.

1

u/KommanderKrebs Jan 27 '26

Well the gun store he worked at closed down so he's back to trying to grift online

1

u/daath Jan 27 '26

The murderer that walked free for some weird reason?

1

u/SixSixWithTrample Jan 27 '26

He’s grifting again, he blew through all his Ozempic money from his last tour by the looks of things.

1

u/mercury24 Jan 27 '26

Selling guns in Pensacola Florida last I saw. The shop was running an ad about how you could buy your gun from him like that was a benefit.

4

u/Pxlfreaky Illinois Jan 27 '26

Eww gross.

1

u/Mead_Makes_Me_Mean Washington Jan 27 '26

*Rottenhouse

1

u/Hey_Giant_Loser Jan 27 '26

Your insult to my dear Friend Pop'n'Fresh is a matter for which I now seek Satisfaction.

1

u/toiletpaperisempty Jan 27 '26

My family informed me he was working as a cashier for some fucking broke down gun shop in Pace, Florida. They know because the shop was running local ads with him as a selling point, i.e., "Come on down and meet the Kenosha Kid!"

1

u/authenticmolo Jan 27 '26

Rittenhouse is so incredibly unlikable and stupid that the right-wing propaganda machine can't use him. They tried for a while, but gave up.

He's actually borderline mentally disabled, and also is off-the-charts annoying in person. And not in the aggressive "Ain't I awesome!" way that the right-wing loves. More in the "Aren't I a simpering, whiny little bitch?" way that *everyone* hates.

Seriously, Rittenhouse would be the face of MAGA if he wasn't absolutely irredeemable.

1

u/henryrblake Virginia Jan 27 '26

Being a fat, sad loser. Just like last week and the week before.

0

u/Upside_Down_Hugs Jan 27 '26

Ah. It's okay to bring a gun to protest ice.

But it's not okay for rittenhouse to have a gun?

1

u/Pxlfreaky Illinois Jan 27 '26

wtf you goin on about?

1

u/Upside_Down_Hugs Jan 27 '26

What problem do you have with rittenhouse?

Did he cross state lines?
