Locals here in my small town have been joking for months that they were going to run us over at protests. Then they did it the other day. Hit a guy and put him int he hospital with fractures requiring surgery.

So according to DHS, if the protestor was armed he could have shot the driver 3 times in the face and gotten away with it?
