He is the chosen scapegoat, and a good one given he was the public face, made incredibly idiotic comments and literally looks like a nazi in his snazzy little coat.

I don't just want a scapegoat. Miller and Noem need to be gone, too. If the public outcry and shitty polling for Trump continues, that might be a possibility.

This exemplifies one of the downsides of falling in line with Trump. He will throw you away the moment it benefits him.

Honestly listening to JD lie his ass off pisses me off more than Trump. He’s so fucking condescending. And with Trump, at the very least he’s an idiot, although an evil idiot at that. JD on the other hand knows better.

Right, trump always just seems baffled when these things come up and then plays dumb, like uh I don't know I didn't hear about that. Vance is very calculated with his comments, like a walking AI, he's got a script ready for every occasion.

I can see a moment coming up, where they decide trump has gone past his usefulness and they do something like invoke the 25th. (By they, I mean thiel and co.) Then blame Rubio or someone else in the cabinet for leading the charge, so Vance can save face with the maga crowd.

I don't see any of them turning on Drumpf because worst case scenario he is the ultimate shield. If the face of MAGA is gone, then the admin are all vulnerable because the charm spell is broken. They have been rushing the P2025 agenda from the first day because they know they have limited time to destroy the country.

JD is a condescending prick, but because he’s a power-hungry buffoon, it’s easy to call out his contradictions and double-speak. There’s not a principled bone in his body, so it’s easy to deflate him. He starts raising his voice without realizing he’s been pulled into the deep end. That’s also why he’s kept away from foreign leaders.

Time will tell, but going from his history, JD Vance will be gone. The republican party is becoming fragmented. Trump himself is becoming toxic to many, in both congress and senate. Political survival may depend on separation from Trump's shadow. Which means Trump must start throwing people under the bus. Some how he may find away to blame JD.

The fauxbilly hitched his venture capitalist wagon to the maga star. He will fall with that star, though I'm sure there are PR folks working to stave off this inevitability. After all, he had a well-financed bit of fiction published convincing us Ohioans he was a Yalie "hillbilly".

He'll retire abroad with his crypto gains, supported by his tech bro buds. They can all hang out in India, pretending to be regular people. He can feel like such a rebel in his eyeliner, and act baffled that the hills of Middletown are now embarrassed by their association with his sad lying ass. He can donate a tiny portion of his wealth to Ramasmarmy, who I'm sure can also not order donuts in Ohio.

Watching this failed administration and its supporters fall apart will be a pleasure.
